Paving Update — Gold Section 10/16/25; Updated 10/19/25
Paving was completed Thursday 10/16 on Clifton and Cranbrook Cross, as planned. Cadillac was not able to pave Chewton, Chewton Cross or N. Clifton. This work has been rescheduled for Monday 10/20. These roads will be completely closed to ALL traffic and parking. Residents will not have driveway access — in or out — until the road is reopened toward the end of the day. See further information HERE.
Cadillac has placed “No Parking” signs on streets to be paved as well as the streets/areas to be used for staging asphalt trucks. Signs have also been placed near corners to mark areas that the contractors will need to navigate the heavy equipment. Please comply with the No Parking signs.
Residents on N. Clifton, Chewton Cross and Chewton can utilize Hamilton, N. Clifton, Overhill or Drury Lane as alternatives for parking during paving. Please leave plenty of room between your vehicle and the corners (as indicated by No Parking signs).
Work on M-openings previously scheduled for Saturday 10/18 and Monday 10/20 is now tentatively scheduled for Tuesday Wednesday 10/22 (prep work) and Wednesday Thursday 10/23 (concrete pouring). The following intersections will be closed on starting Tuesday 10/21 Wednesday 10/22 for about a week:
