Construction Update — Gold Section 11/13/25

Schedule updates from Cadillac

Friday 11/14

• Priority Waste garbage pick-up will be business as usual on Friday for the Gold section. If your pick-up is missed for whatever reason, call Priority directly at 586-228-1200.

• Fort Wayne will be doing structure adjustments throughout the Gold section, except for Williamsbury and Cranbrook Cross. They have requested that residents avoid parking in the street, as they will need space to navigate with their equipment and perform their work. Park in your driveway if at all possible. If you must park in the street, stay away from pavement markings that look like the photo below — these mark the buried structures that Fort Wayne will be adjusting. Please advise any lawn crews and contractors to park away from the structures. See info on structure adjustments HERE.

• Cadillac will be doing repairs to the base layer of asphalt in a small area on Cranbrook Cross near Glengarry.

• Doan will be doing concrete work and should finish all open concrete items by the end of the day.

Saturday 11/15

• Paving on Cranbrook Cross, which will be closed to all traffic and parking. Paving should take about half the day. Parking options: Glengarry, Hamilton, Williamsbury, or Chewton.

Monday 11/17

• Fort Wayne will be doing structure adjustments on Williamsbury and Cranbrook Cross. Please avoid parking on these streets if at all possible, to give them room to work. If you (or your contractors) must park in the street, stay away from the pavement markings in the photo below.

• Mike’s Landscaping will be doing landscape repairs (sprinklers, topsoil, sod, and outstanding front walks, etc.). They will continue with this work until it is completed.
