Driveways in Yellow Section — 11/14/25

Cadillac has scheduled driveway crews to pour asphalt driveways as follows:

• Saturday 11/15 and Monday 11/17, Indian Mound area. They will cover Indian Mound Trail on Saturday in advance of paving there on Monday. Almost all the asphalt driveways have a base layer and just need the second layer. Plan that you will be out of your driveway 2-3 hours for the top layer to be poured and the asphalt to cool.

• Wednesday 11/19 — Sandringham and cul-de-sacs.

Parking options for those getting asphalt drives:

• Arrange to park in your neighbor’s driveway — this is the best option to keep congestion out of the streets and give the equipment room to navigate.

• For Sandringham and cul-de-sacs — Park on Sandringham, leaving space around 1500 Sandringham and the entrances to the cul-de-sacs.

• For Indian Mound —

  • Saturday (11/15) — if a neighbor’s drive isn’t an option, park on the street leaving a good distance between your vehicle and any driveway that needs a second layer of asphalt (if the asphalt level is lower than the back of the curb, it needs a second coat).

  • Monday (11/17), Cadillac will also be paving Indian Mound Trail and the west entrance; stay away from these areas so the paver and asphalt trucks have room to navigate. Park on Indian Mound West leaving room for the driveway to be done at 1250 Indian Mound West, or outside of the Indian Mound area. Avoid parking on Indian Mound Road or near the east entrance — asphalt trucks will need space to back in and supply the paver.
