Yellow Section Schedule Update — 11/7/25

Schedule update from Cadillac

Friday 11/7 —

• Two paving crews will be laying asphalt driveways on Glengarry Circle East and in the Indian Mound area. See yesterday’s blog post HERE for the order and parking alternatives.

• M-openings will be reopened today.

• Springline has postponed prepping M-openings for Sandringham and the cul-de-sacs to Saturday 11/8.

Saturday 11/8 —

• M-openings for Indian Mound Trail at Indian Mound Road (south intersection) and across the entrances of the four cul-de-sacs (including Twin Maples) will be prepped by Springline and poured by Doan. The openings to Hemsworth, Aberdovey and Courtleigh will be blocked starting on Saturday for about 4, maybe 5, days to allow the concrete to cure. Residents will need to remove vehicles and park them elsewhere before 7 am. For Saturday, try to park away from the cul-de-sac entrances to give the crew space to work. After the crews clear out, parking on Sandringham is fine.

• Springline will create a ramp/bridge across the M-opening on Twin Maples to allow vehicles to get across the concrete. There will be a period of several hours on Saturday where residents will not be able to access Twin Maples while the crew completes the work on the M-opening and the bridge. Residents will want to park vehicles elsewhere prior to 7 am on Saturday to avoid being blocked in during that time period.

• Cadillac will not be pouring driveways on Saturday.

Paving is still planned for Thursday (11/13) through Saturday (11/15) next week.
