Schedule Update — Yellow Section Curbing 9-15-25

Cadillac has updated the schedule for curbing in the Yellow section as shown on the map below. This is the same order as published last week, with the exception of the block of N. Glengarry between the intersections with Glengarry Circle.
Wednesday 9/17 — area shown in green on the map below, starting at the northern intersection with Glengarry Circle and moving south.
Thursday 9/18 — area marked in yellow, starting at the north end of Indian Mound Trail and moving south.
Friday 9/19 — area marked in pink, starting at Covington Rd and moving onto Indian Mound East
Saturday 9/20 — area marked in blue, starting at the north corner of Indian Mound West and moving south.
Monday 9/22 - area marked in orange, starting at the west entrance to Indian Mound, moving north around Glengarry Circle East. (Date on map is not clear, contractor has confirmed it will be 9/22, weather permitting).
Tuesday 9/23 - area marked in purple, starting at the north end of Sandringham and moving south, turning right into each cul-de-sac and curbing around the outside, then back onto Sandringham.
Cadillac will place front door notices about 48 hours prior to curbing beginning. Please move all vehicles out of the driveway/garage and park elsewhere prior to 7 am on the date shown on the notice.
Garbage and recycling pick-up
Place garbage and recycling bins at the curb on Friday, avoiding any fresh concrete. If you are scheduled for curbing Friday, place them across the street.
Parking suggestions
Last week’s blog post provided suggestions for parking. We have since learned that parking will not be available on the part of Indian Mound South that isn’t in the Village until the end of this week, due to road work being done there. With this information and the change in the curbing schedule, here are revised suggestions:
South block of Glengarry, Indian Mound S and Glengarry Circle E (green area on map above) — park on the block of Glengarry closer to Bradway, or on Amberly, or Glengarry Circle West.
Indian Mound Trail, Indian Mound East — for those that don’t mind a walk, Kent Ridge Court or the Covington School parking lots are options, as is Dorstone.
Indian Mound West — parking outside of the Indian Mound area is likely the closest/best option (until Indian Mound South is available). Try Glengarry Circle West, Williamsbury, Amberly or the block of Glengarry closest to Bradway.
Glengarry Circle East, north block of Glengarry — the northern part of Glengarry Circle West is a good option. The block of Glengarry between the Circle intersections may be an option once driveway approaches have been laid there. For the northern most parts of Glengarry, parking at Covington School might be the closest option.
Sandringham and cul-de-sacs — The block of Glengarry between the Circle intersections and Glengarry Circle West are probably the best option for residents in the south part of this area. For residents on the north end, Ardmoor or Covington school are likely the closest options.
