Paving Schedule Update — Yellow Section 10/30/25

Cadillac has updated the schedule for paving after today’s cancellation in the Indian Mound area. The revised schedule:

• Indian Mound paving will now be done on Saturday 11/1. Cadillac will start where they left off on Indian Mound West and complete the remaining streets in the Indian Mound area. The west entrance to Indian Mound will be open for access to just Indian Mound South and the (already) paved portion of Indian Mound West.

• Glengarry Circle East and N. Glengarry Road will be paved starting on Monday 11/3. If they are unable to finish the north portion on Monday, they will complete the work on Glengarry on Tuesday 11/4. Paving will move south to north, with asphalt trucks backing in from Quarton to supply the pavers.

• Sandringham and the cul-de-sacs will be paved Tuesday 11/4. This timing may slip a day depending on how long the grading takes. Cadillac will notify residents with a front door notice about 48 hours ahead of the paving date.

• The first group of M-openings will be prepped on Monday 11/3 and concrete poured on Tuesday 11/4. See specific intersections in yesterday’s construction update HERE.

• Asphalt driveways will be poured Wednesday 11/6 through Friday 11/8.

• The second group of M-openings will be prepped on Friday 11/7 and concrete poured on Saturday 11/8.

• The second course of paving will be done the week of November 10. At this point, it is scheduled for Monday 11/10, Wednesday 11/12 and Saturday 11/15. Firmer dates should be available next week.

• Structure adjustments and lining will move to the week of November 17.

• Mike’s Landscape will continue restoration work throughout the next 3-4 weeks.
