Yellow Section Schedule Updates — 11/3/25
Schedule updates from Cadillac Asphalt:
Paving this week:
Paving for Sandringham and cul-de-sacs is confirmed for tomorrow, 11/4.
Glengarry Circle East and Glengarry are being paved today. If they are unable to complete the north end of Glengarry today, any remaining area will be paved first tomorrow.
Asphalt driveway approaches:
Asphalt drives on Sandringham and the cul-de-sacs will poured on Wednesday 11/5.
On Thursday 11/6, Cadillac will start pouring drives on Glengarry Circle East and will then move into Indian Mound.
On Friday 11/7, the rest of the asphalt drives in Indian Mound will be completed.
Residents will be out of their driveways for the full day when the approach is poured. It is possible that Thursday/Friday driveway work may shift a day or two. We will post any schedule updates on the blog.
M-Openings
The first group of M-openings is being prepped today (11/3) and concrete will be poured tomorrow (Tuesday 11/4). These intersections will be closed for about 4-5 days. Please note the update in red below — this intersection has been added to allow the west entrance to Indian Mound to be re-opened more quickly.
Indian Mound South at Indian Mound Road (near west entrance)
Indian Mound Road at Glengarry Circle East (was in Group 2)
Indian Mound South island
Indian Mound Road at Indian Mound West
Indian Mound West island
Indian Mound East island
Indian Mound Trail at Indian Mound Road
Barricades will be placed around the new concrete after it is poured. DO NOT REMOVE THE BARRICADES AND DRIVE ACROSS THE CONCRETE, even if you are in a hurry or angry/frustrated about the inconvenience. If we choose to damage the new gutters by driving across them before they are ready, we will have to live with the damage.
The second group of M-openings will be prepped on Friday 11/7 and poured Saturday 11/8.
Glengarry Circle East at Glengarry (north intersection)
Indian Mound Trail at Indian Mound Road (south intersection)
Hemsworth Court at Sandringham
Courtleigh Terrace at Sandringham
Aberdovey Place at Sandringham
Residents on the three cul-de-sacs will not have driveway access for about 4-5 days, and will need to park on Sandringham until the intersections re-open. We have requested that Springline wait until the garbage trucks go through on Friday before closing the intersections to prep the openings.
Final paving
The second and final layer of asphalt paving is scheduled for Wednesday 11/12, Thursday 11/13 and Friday 11/14. Stay tuned for more information on sequencing.
