Paving Schedule Update 8/28/26
Schedule Update from the Road Commission
Paving in Phase 1 of the Green section has been moved to Monday 8/31 and Tuesday 9/1. Allied will now pave Phase 1 streets next week as follows:
Monday 8/31 — Covington Place then Endsleigh
Tuesday 9/1 — Amberly then Glengarry
Paving operations will begin at 7 am each morning and conclude by dark.
On Monday, Covington Place and Endsleigh will be closed to all traffic and parking. Park outside of the construction zone prior to 6:30 am. Vehicles parked on these streets and impeding the paving will be towed. See parking suggestions HERE. Please do not park in the street on Glengarry or Amberly as Allied will be doing the final grading on those streets in preparation for paving there on Tuesday. Allied will reopen the newly paved streets as soon as the asphalt is cool enough to allow traffic, likely by the end of the day.
Similarly, on Tuesday 9/1, Amberly and Glengarry will be completely closed to all traffic and parking. Again, park your vehicle elsewhere before 6:30 am. Residents will be able to park on Covington Place and Endsleigh, or the other areas suggested HERE.
Allied will place NO PARKING signs on the part of Bradway they anticipate needing for staging the asphalt trucks. Please observe the no parking signs to avoid delays in the paving process.
Allied will have golf carts available on the paving days to shuttle residents to/from their parked vehicles. Call 248-248-638-3190 to arrange a pick-up.
