Green Section Assessment Payment Schedule

Bloomfield Township has completed the bond offering to finance the Green section construction. Based on the results of the bond offering, the Township has set the interest rate on the Green section assessment at 5.1636%. This rate is fixed for the 15-year life of the SAD.
