Gold and Yellow Section Restoration Work — 6/9/2026

Mike’s Landscaping continues to work on restoration in the Gold and Yellow sections; Cadillac and its other subcontractors are addressing punch list items. Reminders for Gold and Yellow section residents:

• Have your sprinkler systems activated as soon as possible if you have not yet done so. Have your sprinkler crew flag any broken heads/lines resulting from the road project. Email Wayne Dabrowski and Mark Meszler at the emails below to report breaks and other sprinkler issues; they are coordinating with Mike’s Landscaping. As a reminder, Mike’s has been hired to do all the restoration work; if you choose to have your contractor fix sprinkler or other damage, you will not be reimbursed for doing so.

• Report all construction related damage or issues to Wayne Dabrowski and Mark Meszler as soon as possible. They will review the issue and coordinate with Cadillac as necessary.

• Deadline for reporting sprinklers, landscaping and other construction damage/issues is June 12. This will give the contractors time to complete restoration work by the contractual deadline of mid-July.

Mike’s has installed new sod in most Gold and Yellow section areas, and expects an additional delivery to complete open areas the week of June 8. New sod requires a lot of water. While there is rain in the forecast, please make sure to run sprinklers so the sod stays moist and does not dry out. Mike’s Landscaping will supplement as needed where the sod is not getting watered.
