Construction Update - Gold Section 11/21/25

Schedule update from Cadillac

• Doan will be in the Gold section next week to complete some open concrete work.

• Mike’s will complete blue stone walkways, sod and topsoil repairs, and other restoration work over the next week or two.

• Construction signage is scheduled to be removed next week; port-a-potties will remain in place until final landscape restoration is completed.

Spring work

The construction crew should be completely out of the Gold section by the second week in December. There is some work that will wait until spring:

• Mike’s Landscaping will return in the spring to complete sprinkler repairs they could not complete/test before sprinkler systems were winterized. They will also replace sod if it has not rooted by the time they leave the area this fall. Mike’s will not replace normal wear/tear on landscaping this winter — areas damaged by the plow, sod parked on/driven over during the winter, damage caused by other contractors.

• Structures in the street will be relined in the spring.
