Yellow Section Schedule Update — 11/4/25

Schedule Update from Cadillac

Remainder of this week

Wednesday 11/5 —

  • Paving first layer on N. Glengarry. Cadillac will pave south to north, with asphalt trucks backing in from Quarton.

  • If the crew has time toward the end of the day, they will pave Hemsworth Court and then Courtleigh Terrace. Residents on these two courts can park further south on Sandringham (south of Aberdovey) on Wednesday only to ensure access to their vehicles IF Cadillac is able to pave these areas on Wednesday.

Thursday 11/6

  • Paving on Sandringham and cul-de-sacs. Cadillac will start where they left off on Wednesday, paving the cul-de-sacs first, then Sandringham. Paving will be south to north on Sandringham, with trucks backing in from Quarton. See parking options below. No parking on Sandringham.

Friday 11/7

  • Asphalt driveways on Sandringham, cul-de-sacs, Glengarry Circle East.

  • Prep Group 2 M-openings (see map below - Group 2 are highlighted in green).

  • There is rain in the forecast on Friday. We will post any weather-related updates on the blog as soon as we have them.

Saturday 11/8

  • Asphalt driveways in the Indian Mound area. There will be two crews working to complete all of the driveways that day. It will be crowded — please be patient.

  • Doan will pour the Group 2 M-openings.

Next week

Thursday 11/13 — Paving in Indian Mound area — second and final layer

Friday 11/14 — Paving on Glengarry Circle East and N. Glengarry - second and final layer

Saturday 11/15 — Paving Sandringham and cul-de-sacs - second and final layer

It is possible that Glengarry/Glengarry Circle East will be paved on Thursday 11/13, moving Indian Mound to Friday, depending on how quickly the concrete M-opening on Indian Mound Trail cures.

Access and parking during paving

Roads being paved will be completely closed to all traffic and parking. Residents will not have access to their driveways — in or out — until the road is reopened when the asphalt is sufficiently cooled (generally by the end of the day).

If you are getting an asphalt drive, plan to be out of your driveway for the full day. Cadillac will pull the barricades when the asphalt is cool enough to drive on.

Parking options for street paving this week:

N. Glengarry — Glengarry Circle West and East, Glengarry closer to Bradway (south of the south intersection with the Circle), Sandringham south of Aberdovey, Covington School and Ardmoor are options.

Sandringham and cul-de-sacs — N. Glengarry, Glengarry Circle West and Ardmoor are options.

Parking options when driveways are paved:

Sandringham and cul-de-sacs — park on Sandringham south of Courtleigh Terrace. Leave plenty of room between your vehicle and the corners so that the paving equipment can get into the cul-de-sacs.

Glengarry Circle East — N. Glengarry and Glengarry Circle West are options.

Indian Mounds — park in a neighbor’s driveway if possible. Other options - Indian Mound West (leave room for the driveway to be poured at 1250 Indian Mound West), Glengarry Circle East, Covington School, Dorstone, Kent Ridge. Please avoid parking on Indian Mound South, Indian Mound Road, Indian Mound East and Indian Mound Trail — there are lots of drives to be poured on those streets.
