Mike’s Landscaping continues to be in the neighborhood working on restoration in the Gold and Yellow sections as well as punch list items. Reminders for Gold and Yellow section residents:

  • Have your sprinkler systems activated as soon as possible if you have not yet done so. Have your sprinkler crew flag any broken heads/lines resulting from the road project. Email Wayne Dabrowski (wdabrowski@rcoc.org) and Mark Meszler (mmeszler@roadrehab.solutions) to report the breaks; they are coordinating with Mike’s Landscaping.

  • Report all construction related damage or issues to Wayne Dabrowski and Mark Meszler as soon as possible.

  • Deadline for reporting sprinklers, landscaping and other construction damage/issues is June 12. This will give the contractors time to complete restoration work by the contractual deadline of mid-July.
