Blue and Pink Section Restoration Work Update

Mike’s Landscaping has begun restoration work in the Blue and Pink sections. This work includes removal of the mulch blankets that were placed in late December and replacing them with topsoil and sod. Mike’s will also be reviewing the sod that was placed last fall and replacing any that did not make it through the winter. This work is focused first in the Blue section; sod replacements in the Pink section will follow the Blue section work.

Mike’s is also repairing construction damage that may have occurred on sprinkler lines/heads. Residents should have their sprinkler systems started up as soon as possible, and request their contractors to flag any broken heads/lines for Mike’s to repair. Residents may choose to have their own contractors perform any needed repairs but will not be reimbursed for doing so.
